Erin Fletcher
Cosmetic Formulations Manager
Erin has a background in risk management, working in the airline industry and oil and gas community. She was a long-time client of Illuminate and when the opportunity to change her environment and try something new arose, she came on board as our Cosmetic Formulations Manager.
The products and creation are what calls to Erin. She prides herself on the responsibility of preparing a product from the start and seeing it through to the end. Her attention to detail and organization skills keep our skincare stocked and ready to be shared with our clients.
Erin is a mother of three older children, she loves to spend time with them and her pup Finn. She recently picked up golf, after a long hiatus from the sport and hopes to refine her skills over the summer. Erin is also an incredible baker and her treats are always welcome at the team meetings.
