Her areas of focus include hormones, perimenopause, nervous system health, digestion, energy, fertility, skin wellness, and healthy ageing. Through personalized assessment, testing, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, and IV Therapy, Jenny works to identify the underlying factors influencing health and create practical, sustainable plans for lasting change.
With a background in psychology, massage therapy, and naturopathic medicine, Jenny brings both clinical insight and compassionate care to every client relationship. Her goal is to help women feel more connected to their bodies, supported in their health journey, and empowered to age well.
Jenny has additional training in HeartMath®, NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), thyroid health, fertility, hormone support, injection therapies, and IV Therapy.
